Writing Retreat!

April 22, 2014 No Comments

I have a day job. Well, I’m self-employed and run my own business, but it’s the same thing: a good chunk of my time every day is spent on Other People’s Stuff.

And I find I write better in concentrated, focused periods. I can write non-fiction business stuff in 10-minute increments, but not fiction.

One way I can guarantee those longer, intensely focused writing times is by going on a writing and creativity retreat. My writing coach runs fabulous events several times a year. I’ve been to two live events and one virtual event.

Writing Retreat May 2014

She has another live event coming up in May. I’m going again, and I can’t wait!

I know Paula still has a few openings. Check out her website for details. Or feel free to contact me for more information!
